FAQS

1) What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, posture, and mindful movement. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and can be done at home with the right equipment.

2) How is your Pilates machine different from others?

Our compact, foldable reformer is designed for home use. It’s safe, space-saving, and more affordable than paying for regular studio classes. Built for durability and smooth movement, it makes it easy to enjoy a professional Pilates workout anytime.

3) Do I need prior experience to use the machine?

Not at all. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, our equipment and accessories are designed for all levels. You can start with simple exercises and gradually progress as you build strength and confidence.

4) Is the machine safe to use at home?

Yes. Each reformer is designed with safety in mind, featuring a stable frame, secure straps, and controlled resistance. We also recommend using grip socks for stability and comfort during your sessions.

5) What accessories do you sell?

We offer a full range of Pilates essentials to enhance your workouts:
• Grip socks for added safety
• Eco-friendly NBR mats in multiple colours
• Ankle weights for strength training
• Pilates magic circles for toning and flexibility

6) Do I need extra equipment to get started?

No. The compact reformer can be used on its own. However, adding accessories like a mat, ankle weights, or a magic circle can help you vary your workouts and target different muscles.

7) How much space do I need?

Our reformer is foldable and compact, making it perfect for apartments or smaller spaces. You only need enough room to comfortably extend your body during exercises.

8) Can Pilates help with back pain or posture issues?

Yes. Pilates is known for improving posture, core strength, and flexibility, which can support spinal health. If you have a medical condition, we recommend checking with your doctor before starting.

9) How often should I use my Pilates machine?

For best results, 2–3 sessions per week are ideal. Even short, regular workouts can help you build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress.

10) Do you provide workout guides with the machine?

We don’t provide workout guides or programs, but the machine is beginner-friendly and easy to use. You can find plenty of free Pilates tutorials and routines on YouTube. Many of them feature the same style of machine, making it easy to follow along and learn new exercises. Even when demonstrated on a professional studio reformer, the movements and techniques can be applied in the same way on our compact model.

11) How do I clean and maintain my Pilates machine?

Simply wipe down the frame, straps, and handles with a mild cleaner or disinfectant after each use. Keep it folded and stored in a dry area to ensure long-lasting quality.
